Ahmad Legal & Migration Services Pty Ltd. (‘ALMS’) is a Family & Immigration Law Practice based in Victoria. However, many of ALMS’s clients are residents of other Australian states and overseas.

The principal lawyer, Mr. Hameed Ahmad [LPN: 5513210], is a highly qualified lawyer - admitted to practice law in Australian Supreme Courts and Federal Courts as well as High Courts in Pakistan. Besides English, he speaks Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Saraiki languages. From Pakistan, he completed his Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (post-graduation), Master of Islamic Studies, and Master of Political Science degrees. He was a practising lawyer at the Lahore High Court before leaving for Australia in 2011.​

From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Ahmad completed a 3-year Bachelor of Laws from Curtin University (Western Australia). After that, he earned Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training from the College of Law (Perth). He was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in August 2018. ​

Following his admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, he volunteered as a solicitor at one of Perth's most prestigious community legal centres, where he passionately assisted refugees and asylum seekers from various countries and backgrounds, including Africa and Asia.

​

Subsequently, he joined a well-respected Perth-based migration agency that focused on Skilled Migration, Temporary Graduate Visas, Student Visas, Visitor Visas, and Partner Visas. Here, in his role as a Registered Migration Agent, he successfully assisted the clients with their visa applications and their appeals before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Finally, he resigned from his position as a migration agent to establish Ahmad Migration Services (June 2020), which transformed into Ahmad Legal & Migration Services in Oct 2022.
